A global hospitality organization, employing 45,000 individuals, is aiming to enhance the employee experience to gain insights and make data-driven decisions regarding talent management.
However, employee experience is limited, their systems operate in silos, and accessing reliable talent data is a major pain point.

The Approach
The company decided to reimagine employee experience powered by AI and automation. 16 weeks strategy project.

Discovery Assessment

    • Conducted comprehensive persona-based surveys, 1-1 interviews and workshops to understand main pain points, challenges and needs.
    • Identified key moments that matter and built out persona journeys to layout employee experience (as is).

Designed Future State

    • Organized workshops with leadership to align on vision, priorities and action plans.
    • Developed a detailed strategy based on current state, vision and priorities.
    • Proposed future-looking employee experience technology stack.

Developed 3 year-implementation roadmap including change management, culture, technology and processes.

The Results
  • Digital employee experience adoption increased by 30%.
