A global pharmaceutical organization completed one of the largest acquisitions in healthcare industry history. With two major companies now unified, leadership recognized the critical need to build awareness and prepare both organizations to forge a cohesive and integrated culture.

Design and implement a culture strategy and roadmap to bring the two companies together.

Discover & Assess – Understanding current state cultures

    • Culture DNA assessment to identify culture characteristics and gaps
    • Conducted 1:1 sessions with C-suite and senior leaders from both organizations
    • Facilitated sessions with employees across levels, functions, and tenure
    • Developed influence map and assessed organizational capacity for cultural change

Design & Align – Creating the target culture blueprint

    • Conducted workshops with the C-Suite to develop a culture vision and new leadership behaviors
    • Designed change management strategy: align leaders (buy-in) and plan to create awareness and communications
