One of the largest pharmaceutical organizations, with 130,000 employees, is looking to transform its HR function by leveraging AI and Intelligent Automation (IA). The goal is to become a data-driven function, providing new HR services, analytics, and enabling digital employee experiences. This transformation aims to improve enhance employee engagement, and optimize talent management. By utilizing AI for predictive analytics and automating HR service delivery, the organization expects to achieve better decision-making, increased employee satisfaction, and streamlined HR operations.
The Approach
Assess levels of readiness, develop the business case for AI & Intelligent Automation (IA) and partner with the client to co-create the AI strategy for human resources .
Discovery Assessment
- Determined readiness by assessing current levels of AI & IA and benchmark to peers in industry.
- Created a heatmap to describe the level of maturity of AI & IA in each HR capability area (5).
- Developed automation potential analysis and impact on cost, productivity and user-experience.

- HR IA roadmap included more than 80 programs to across eight (8) prioritized use cases.
