The organization’s talent information was siloed, leading to inconsistencies in skills analysis and learning experiences.

Design new talent strategy and roadmap to interconnect HR capability areas. 12 weeks strategy project.

Discovery Assessment

    • Conducted comprehensive voice of the customer survey analysis to validate current state data: pain points, challenges and opportunities.
    • Developed an employee experience view (as-is) with focus on performance, learning, and development.
