Headstart- Interview with Albert Loyola: Are Humanoids the Future of AI in Organizations?

I was interviewed  by Tom Price-Daniel, Chief Revenue Officer from Headstart. We talked about how intelligent solutions, specifically humanoids and/or avatars, are here to stay in the talent and HR space. This market is still in its early stages but that’s where I see the HR technology market is moving forward: Humanoids interacting, advising and enhancing the employee experience.

This trend is getting attention from senior executives and some organizations- early adopters- and are beginning to test this solution across the talent lifecycle, specially for HR operations and service delivery.

For example, Amelia is a human-like solution that can be deployed in different business functions creating experiences, expressing emotions and understanding human intentions and semantics, driving deeper connections and greater business value.
